2012: China's die and mold industry will see efficiency gains

由於受歐洲債務危機和複雜多變的國際形勢等不利因素影響，歐、美、日等工業發達國家2011年經濟發展情況普遍差於預期。由於房地產等宏觀調控以及CPI高企等影響，2011年中國經濟增長速度明顯放緩。在國際國內諸多不利因素的影響下，2011年中國模具工業發展也有較大回落。根據中國模具工業協會發佈的數字，2011年全國模具總銷售額約為1,240億元，比上年同比增長10.7%。行業整體發展速度雖然有所放緩，但出口增長高於預期，結構調整效果顯著，創新能力得到提高。發展環境國際方面，歐洲債務危機已嚴重影響世界經濟發展及貿易，全球模具市場情況也差於預期。由於工業發達國家人工成本很高，許多大公司從降低成本出發，已把更多模具從本地生產轉向低成本國家生產和進行低成本的國際採購，這給在性價比方面有較大優勢的中國模具及模具生產企業提供了良好的市場環境。國內方面，明確要重點發展大型、精密沖壓模具、高檔模具標準件的...[Full Text]

f輪胎模具的花紋本來就複雜多變，而隨著各大輪胎廠商為了提高競爭力，都加大輪胎花紋的複雜性和對輪胎模具的要求，輪胎花紋變化相當快，品種多樣化，模具的交貨期也越來越短。在採用高速數控加工的手段來加工輪胎花紋過程中，往往要根據模具花紋型腔的特殊結構快速地做出工藝調整，這給技術人員帶來了麻煩。因此，針對輪胎花紋的特殊性以及可循的規律性，我們通過分析其加工工藝性問題，並進行相關的優化，以此提高了加工效率。數控加工和傳統加工一樣都有著特有的加工工藝性，輪胎花紋數控加工也不例外，下面就輪胎花紋數控加工的工藝性、加工特點及其工藝優化等問題進行簡單分析。輪胎花紋結構的工藝性分析熟悉輪胎模具結構及其加工的人都知道，輪胎花紋塊內腔的結構工藝性符合數控加工的特點，即：(1) 塊的內腔和外形具有統一或近似的結構和尺寸，該結構可減少刀具規格和換刀次數，使編程方便，生產效益提高。(2) 輪胎花紋形狀雖然千變萬化，...[Full Text]

Mobile mold manufacturing easily

在第十二屆東莞國際模具及金屬加工展（DMP2010）上，瑞士GF阿奇夏米爾集團展出一套由7台設備組成的模具加工系統，其中包括：線切割機床兩台，分別為CUT 20 P、AC Vertex 2；電火花機床兩台，分別為FO 350 SP、FO 350 MS；加工中心兩台，分別為MIKRON HEM 600、MIKRON HSM 500；激光加工機床一台，為LASER 1000 5AX。瑞士GF阿奇夏米爾集團以此套系統在展會現場演示了手機模具的整個加工工藝流程。電火花機床加工案例首先介紹電火花機床的加工實例。如圖2所示，這是一個手機外殼按鍵的加工例子。這個加工件有3個關鍵的技術要求：一是表面粗糙度要好，需要達到Ra0.2mm左右或者更高；二是電火花成形加工出來的表面的粗糙度一致性要非常好。目前各大手機廠商對外殼件的表面紋路都有非常苛刻的要求；三是對加工速度的要求。圖2 手機外殼模具我們採用了...[Full Text]
