CIMES' Organizers and MM Modern Manufacturing magazine, the leader in industry media, firstly launched China International Metalworking Summit during CIMES 2004, which has attracted wide attention from and warmly received in the industry and has been successfully held for five consecutive years. The 6th China International Metalworking Summit will be held on June 13 on Beijing Landmark Towers Hotel. Currently, there are several hundred of enterprises specializing in manufacturing new energy components in China, which much surpasses the average number in the developed countries and come under increasingly fierce market competition. Adopting efficient and appropriate machining equipment to improve production efficiency serves as the most direct and effective way to sharpen the competitive edge of enterprises. Moreover, how to effectively utilize and optimize the existing equipment amidst adjustment of industrial structure and increasing demand for high-end equipment has become the current pressing issue to which great importance should be attached for these emerging industries.
